Based in North Sydney and reporting to the NSW & ACT BU HR Manager, this role will initially deliver HR support tor Nepean Hospital Stage 2, Tomago Precast Facility, Dubbo Regional Rail Facility, RPA Hospital Redevelopment and Sydney Metro Linewide.
The role will provide a structured redeployment process for the demobilisation of Linewide and Dubbo, whilst ensuring continuity of the HR lifecycle across Nepean, RPA and Tomago. Travel will be required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- The interpersonal savvy and breadth of experience to support a number of diverse projects at differing stages; some busier than others.
- A track record of completing demobilisations of both salaried employees and Construction Workers.
- The ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level and flex when required.
- The drive to initiate credible relationships on project, and the influence to deliver the HR lifecycle.
- A track record of implementing measurable culture initiatives, plus the passion to own broader BU HR initiatives.
- The foresight to understand the big picture regarding careers, redeployment and resourcing across the projects.
- The IR acumen to interpret employment contracts, awards, enterprise agreements and their application.
- The tactical ability to intervene and resolve difficult situations; performance, investigations, disputes.
- Experience facilitating short information sessions whilst representing the CPB brand professionally.
- An appetite for change.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Management or related discipline.
