A highly successful and well-regarded commercial and residential construction roofing business, which has established itself as a market leader in the residential and commercial construction space in Perth, is seeking to appoint an experienced and driven HR Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and contributing to the company’s growth.
About the role:
In this newly established position, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the smooth operation of daily business activities. In this varied role, you will oversee a range of HR and Office Admin tasks.
- Create and write up HR processes and procedures inline with the companies standards and regulations
- Control of the implementation of new HR Software
- Assist with job postings, resume screening and scheduling interviews
- Employee onboarding and orientation activities
- Scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, managing office supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation, tracking office expenses and reconciling accounts
- Resolve basic technical issues and arrange IT support as necessary
- 2+ years working in a similar role within the residential and or building supplier industry.
- HR Admin/Officer and Office Manager/Admin construction experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Part-time role with the opportunity to go full-time

- Salary ranging from $80k-$95k + super, Pro rata
