About the role:
The Aftermarket Sales Support Admin will be responsible for:-
- Preparing quotations and sales material in response to customer requests.
- Monitoring order status from issue of quotation to final Customer delivery of goods.
- Providing parts expediting support to ensure delivery performance metrics are met.
- Administration of online sales enquires ticketing system and facilitation of update meetings.
- Coordination of incoming/outgoing goods and materials.
- Providing general administrative support for the OE and Aftermarket sales team.
About you:
Qualifications / Experience:
- Certificate III or equivalent in Business administration and/or related work experience is highly desired.
- Previous experience in providing sales/administration support to high functioning teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications specifically Excel.
- SAP experience is highly regarded.
Skills:
- High attention to detail and ability to prepare documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail, administrative and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
