About the role
We are a 100% remote organisation, with a small and supportive team who enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a fast-paced environment. We work collaboratively and flexibly together, providing support, laughter, and encouragement of each other’s successes!
We are looking for a real go getter with a passion and drive to succeed. The role will be based in Melbourne with the requirement to be on site at client locations and the occasional trip to Sydney for team events. You must be service orientated and relationship driven with a history consulting to numerous clients. You will have a strong knowledge across a broad range of HR functions, and experience with Employment Hero implementation to help manage our clients and improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
What You’ll Do:
- Write and review policies
- Lead in the implementation of a new HRIS (Employment Hero)
- Write capability frameworks
- Organisational design and development
- Provide high level IR and ER advice
- Support 360 end-to-end recruitment
- Business development
About You
- 2-3 years in HR generalist / HR partner role
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience with HRIS / Recruitment systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients in homelessness, DV, social housing, disability, and small business sectors.
