About the Role:
Our client is a leading global developer, operator within the Solar and Energy Storage space. A permanent position has arisen for an experienced HR and Payroll Advisor to join their team, based in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage HR activities & programs
- Payroll processing
- Engage with recruitment onboarding
- Coordinate training
- Support the HR Manager as requires
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- HR, Business, Commerce or similar qualification
- Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices
- In-house high-volume payroll processing experience
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in technology-based solutions & Microsoft office suite
