About the RoleAs a member of the Payroll team, the Payroll Advisor will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll data for their employees.
Your responsibilities will include: Prepare and process fortnightly payroll calculations and timesheets for new starters, leave, salary changes, pay adjustments, and more using the payroll software Chris21. Ensure all payroll changes are accurate, timely, and compliant with the terms and conditions of employment, following relevant legislative provisions like Awards and union agreements. Ensure compliance and timely processing of PAYG, STP, Payroll Tax, and superannuation.
Assist in the reconciliation of payroll-related General Ledger accounts for Monthly and Quarterly BSR submission. Be responsive to all payroll inquiries, providing excellent customer service to employees and external stakeholders.
