HR Recruitment Advisor/Contract Administrator
- Full time, ongoing position, 80k - 90k per annum

The role:
- Be the first point of contract for RMH Hiring Managers for all recruitment needs, including crafting job adverts and position descriptions to attract talent.
- Draft and review employment contracts for all RMH staff in line with EBA's and legistraltions
- Handle all contract renewals, amendments and terminations.
- Provide guidance on HR contracts, employment matters and payroll enquires to Managers and operational staff.
- Resolve any disputes or issues related to employee contracts in a timeley manner.
- Work alongside HR Business Partners and the wider People & Culture Team on employment matters and staff initiatives.
Your demonstrated contract administration, talent acquisition/recruitment experience will enable you to hit the ground running! Experience in a similar process driven administrative role with high level attention to detail.

About you:
- A team player who builds strong trusting relationships
- Strong HR Administration skills including Contract Administraion (highly regarded)
- Experience and knowledge of human resources/recruitment
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Human resources or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Experience working with the Health industry (desirable)
- Experience with SAP systems or simialr (desirable)
