We want to speak with candidates with a variety of skillsets including employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, providing general HR advice and dealing with HR queries. Strong communication and proactive mindset are essential.Our team is actively seeking individuals for the following roles:
- HR Advisors
- Junior HR Business Partners
- 2-5 years human resources experience
- Experience advising on employee lifecycle related matters
- Experience assisting with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR roles, with specific experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
