Seeking the expertise of an HR/Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR team, this role reports to the HR Manager and duties will include:
- End to end recruitment including creating job adverts, shorting listing and interviews
- HR support to Management and various team leaders
- Supporting Managers with performance reviews
- Onboarding and offboarding staff members via ELMO HRIS system
- Salary reviews
- Generating employment offers
- Referencing checking
- Providing ongoing support to the HR Manager
- Process improvement
