The Role:
As our Recruitment and HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts forward. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and attracting top tier talent for high level positions, including Project Managers, Supervisors, and Senior Leadership roles, as well as blue collar roles including Machine Operators, HD Fitters, Road Train Drivers, and Road Train Fitters.
- Managing the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences and providing regular updates on the status of their recruitment efforts.
- Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, including talent searching, headhunting, and alternative means of recruitment.
- Creating compelling job ads that effectively communicate our employer brand and attract the right candidates.
- Facilitating a positive onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve our recruitment processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a bright, bubbly, and highly organised individual with a degree in Human Resources and extensive recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently fill high level roles within tight deadlines and while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow and improve processes.
- Professionalism and adaptability in interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- Supportive and respectful demeanor, with a customer-centric approach to recruitment.
- Exposure to other HR related tasks such as performance management, development, and payroll.
