What you’ll be doing….
Complete a Certificate III in Business traineeship in 12 months by combining nationally accredited training and practical on-the-job experience.
Based in our corporate head office at Rutherford, you will be joining a dynamic (and award winning ????) HR & Safety team providing administrative assistance. You will play a crucial part in supporting recruitment, onboarding, incident management, employee records management and reporting.
You will also…
Assist in various HR activities including recruitment, induction, employee records management, and staff training.
Provide administrative support for safety and injury management processes, including workers’ compensation claims documentation.
Ensure timely reporting and documentation compliance for both HR and safety functions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR & Safety team members, Workforce Solutions Specialists, Payroll Officers and Group Staff.
Maintain effective communication with external contacts including insurers, rehabilitation, and medical providers.

What you’ll bring to the table….
???? Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
???? P1 Driver's licence or above and own a reliable vehicle.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
Effective time management
Eagerness to learn new and develop new skills
A pragmatic approach and a natural sense of curiosity
Internal motivation and a strong sense of personal responsibility
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
