- Strategically partner with our senior commercial Leaders in Australia and New Zealand to develop and deliver robust people and capability plans.
- Seeking an experienced HR Business partner who will develop long term, strategic relationships with senior leaders, based on achieving best practice and sustainable competitive advantage.
What will you do
- Strategically provide advice, guidance, coaching and support to leaders across all aspects of human resources including: talent acquisition, performance management, managing ill and injured workers, remuneration and benefits, compliance, development.
- Facilitate HR specific development programs based on the functions needs and compliance requirements.
- Lead for your functional team’s talent and succession planning, performance calibration and other HR cyclical processes.
- Partner with the LLOD centre of excellence to deliver team effectiveness programs to support high performing team development.
- Coach and support leadership capability development.
- Support the implementation and execution of the annual review process, ensuring the effective management of the remuneration policy, plans and calibration process.
- Provide employee relations advice.
- Review employee engagement data and partner the business to develop action plans.
- Assist in the development of change strategies and plans to ensure our people are engaged and supported through effective change and communication plans.
- Be a dynamic and experienced strategic HR partner aligning HR initiatives with the overarching goals of the organization.
- Experienced in working in a strategic business partnering support service model, work closely with business leaders and line managers to achieve shared organisational objectives
- Hold significant HR and Business Partnering experience preferably with proven experience partnering with sales or commercial teams.
- Possess Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce specialising in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
- Have significant knowledge of relevant and recent employment legislation.
- The ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, coupled with your collaborative approach and strong influencing skills.
- To be successful in this role, you must have a growth mindset, the ability to challenge conventional thinking and influence broadly across the business.
