This is a key role within our HR Service Delivery team that leads the efficient and effective functioning of the SD team by coordinating HR administration activities and providing great customer service through sharing information and supporting resolution of problems, while ensuring the accurate capture of HRIS data.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Allocate team responsibilities and monitor workloads, identifies when the team requires additional support during peaks.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure completion of tickets, meeting payroll and recruitment deadlines.
- Monitor team performance and KPIs.
- Provide subject matter expertise to Service Delivery Administrators and act as the first escalation point for queries.
- Ensure compliance, key personnel and right to work checks are completed in a timely and accurate manner into Workday / Chris21
- Provide managers with data, reports and support as required, and run regular HR metrics and data analysis insights.
We are looking for a standout individual who thrives working within a HR process/Service Delivery and data-driven environment. The successful candidate must team lead/management experience, and a demonstrated and logical understanding of how data can be used for more informed decision making, with an appreciation for continuous process implementation and improvement.
You will have:
- 3-5 years experience as a Team Leader within a customer-focused team.
- HR experience would be highly advantageous.
- Strong skills in HR data entry and analysis.
- Demonstrated understanding of ticketing systems.
- Proven ability to identify gaps and develop solutions to introduce improvements in process and efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in training up a team to implement new or changed processes.
