As the post holder you will be instrumental in the migration of a current HR systems to a new platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse existing HR systems and identify key areas for improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Analyst who is passionate about leveraging HR information systems to enhance HR operations and drive organizational success. The role can be done 100% remotely if needed but you would need to be based in Australia.
This business-critical role will focus on process mapping of current processes and data collection/cleansing/conversion so previous experience of working in a HR data focused role is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements required for the migration project.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current HR processes, and data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to process map current processes and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Extract data from current HR system, payroll system and other internal systems.
- Use deep analytical skills to “cleanse” and transform data prior to uploading into new HRIS.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users during and after the migration process.
Experience:
- Deep understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Technical proficiency with MS office including strong excel skills.
