They are now seeking an experienced HRIS & Reporting Analyst to join their young and dynamic team.About the Role
As the HR Systems & Reporting Analyst, you will report to the HRIS Manager and will work closely with the wider HR team to support and maintain the systems, and testing's across all functional areas with a particular focus on SuccessFactors. Some of the responsibilities of the role include:
- Deliver a routine data analysis of various aspects such as performance, leave, and workforce metrics to senior management for informed-decision making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address data and reporting issues effectively, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Educate and coach others on the value of reporting and interpretation of metrics
- Work on external benchmarking initiatives such as WGEA and Mercer benchmarking.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role for a fast-paced, complex organisation. You will have a good understanding of the HR lifecycle and demonstrated experience partnering with different stakeholders to manipulate high volumes of data and insights. Experience using Success Factors is essential for this role, along with exceptional Microsoft Excel skills (you can create complex formulas, pivot tables, understanding of VBA etc), excellent attention to detail, and communication skills.You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects and share ideas, and work for a company that embrace diversity and love what they do.About Applying
