Ø Have in depth working knowledge of the product.
Ø Must have implemented and/or supported on Taleo preferably in local market.
Ø Conversant with all the business processes such as sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding.
Ø Taleo already implemented at the customer site. The role is expected to support the application, fix adhoc issues and manage the quarterly application upgrade activities.
Ø Is conversant with the products quarterly upgrades and can perform analysis on the new features and recommend stakeholders on their fitment in the current application landscape.
Ø Can perform system testing of the product post any enhancements or upgrades.
Ø Have good written and verbal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders independently.
