Here is what awaits you: Resolve lower level system issues and provide support to end-users regarding HR systems, primarily focused on SuccessFactors. Maintain data integrity within the Employee Central (EC) module and ensure accuracy in all HR-related data entries. Conduct regular audits of data and workflow logs to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Collaborate effectively with the HR System Development Analyst to streamline processes and optimize system functionality. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates within SuccessFactors to provide informed support and guidance. To thrive in this role, you will need: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or similar.
