With a strong commitment to our employees and a vision for a brighter future, we're poised for continued success in the years ahead.About the RoleIn this newly created role, and reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture (Corporate & HR Systems), you will ensure that our people systems are setup for success, maintained and purpose fit for our business. As a highly skilled HRIS and Payroll Administrator, you will work within a core project team to implement and manage the Group's HRIS and Payroll system(s). In this role, you will be responsible for analysing the efficiency of our HRIS and Payroll systems, gather user data and monitor performance metrics. This role will be required to develop and implement new HRIS processes. To be successful in this role, you will possess extensive experience in HRIS and Payroll administration in implementing a new HRIS/Payroll platform. You will align your information technology expertise with knowledge of human resources and Payroll practices.About Your Role

  • Manage data governance framework for HRIS and Payroll system(s) and interface with divisional operational systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll and internal key stakeholders to determine HRIS and Payroll needs.
  • Analyse HRIS and Payroll performance metrics including resolving application issues.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR and Payroll management.
  • Optimise HRIS and Payroll processes, assisting with integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Maintain databases, analyse data, ensure data integrity and running queries.
  • Record and securely store HR and Payroll metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
  • Audit HR and Payroll processes and documents, including payroll administration, staff turnover, hiring, and termination of service, as required.
  • Track and implement technological advancements in the field of HRIS and Payroll.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate in developing training modules for staff.

  • Firsthand experience with new system implementations (HRIS and Payroll Systems)
  • Experience in developing and maintaining governance health check reports.
  • Ability to effectively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Proven experience in assessing and improving reporting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively amidst competing priorities.
  • Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Experience in undertaking data investigations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • University degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR Management or similar.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a HRIS and Payroll Systems Administrator.
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
  • Proficient in one or more HRIS and Payroll Systems.
  • Experience in core HR business practices and workflows.
  • Ability to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration.
