- Conduct routine data analysis on performance, leave, and workforce metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address data and reporting issues effectively, ensuring accuracy and reliability of HR data.
- Educate and coach others within the organization on the value of reporting and interpretation of HR metrics.
- Participate in external benchmarking initiatives such as WGEA and Mercer benchmarking to maintain competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Support the HRIS Manager in system testing, maintenance, and optimization efforts, particularly focusing on SuccessFactors.
- 2+ years proven experience in HRIS Systems preferably SuccessFactors conducting data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Skill with Excel and VBA for data reporting is essential
