About the role
We are looking for HR/Payroll Analyst to join our HR team on a two-year fixed-term basis. In this multifaceted role, you will be instrumental in creating reports and undertaking analysis to support business decision making. Based in Parkside, SA, you will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and other business units. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within a global agribusiness leader.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Undertake scheduled reporting and ad hoc reporting.
- Respond to data requests from the HR team and the business.
- Analyse data from a variety of sources (for example payroll, time and attendance, training, finance) to identify trends, business improvements, or other information.
- Complete legislative / regulatory reporting such as annual workplace gender equality.
- Prepare clear and detailed processes and procedures to ensure reports are consistent and can be replicated.
- Work closely with the HR and Payroll teams to ensure data is up to date and accurate.
- Identify and document appropriate controls related to preparation of payroll related reports.
- Develop tools to assist other forms of reporting as needed.
About you
- Qualifications/experience in an analyst role, ideally working with payroll information.
- Knowledge of finance processes related to payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP and Chris21.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in complex reporting using multiple sources.
