The Role
Reporting to the OH&S Manager, your responsibilities will include;
- Manage, develop, and review policies, procedures, standards, guidance, and tools.
- Coordinate regular workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Implement and apply HSE policies and procedures
- Support return-to-work activities
- Incident reporting and investigation
- Liaison with relevant regulatory bodies
- Certificate IV in OHS/Work Health and Safety
- Experience as an OH&S Coordinator / Advisor
- Drug and Alcohol screening certificate + first aid certificate advantageous
- Certificate IV in training is highly regarded
- Return to Work Coordinator experience advantageous
