PCL are seeking a HSE Coordinator to join the safety team in the delivery of Stubbo Solar Farm (400MW)

About the role:

This HSE Coordinator will be assigned on the Stubbo Solar Farm, taking a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and the surrounding community.
This individual will work closely with the senior safety team to establish and uphold safety programs and processes that align with PCL’s commitment to promoting a high safety culture onsite.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
• Conducting safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Participating in incident investigations and proposing corrective actions.
• Delivering safety training to employees and contractors.
• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborating with team members to foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Maintaining accurate safety records and documentation.

To be successful:

• Cert IV in Work Health Safety OR Equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local and national safety regulations.
• Show a real passion for all things Work health Safety.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to safety.
