Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance.
- Mentor and guide site crews to uphold the utmost levels of health and safety on all project sites.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
- Lead investigations, risk assessments, and incident reporting processes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
- Support external audit processes to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), highly desirable.
- 2+ years of hands-on Main Roads experience as an HSE Coordinator/Advisor in Tier 1 or Tier 2 projects.
- ICAM Lead Investigator accreditation, highly desirable.
- Genuine passion for promoting and maintaining site health and safety.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
