Deepcore Drilling is a leader in surface and underground drilling with extensive operations across Australia's East Coast. Due to continued expansion across our operations, we are seeking interest, from suitably experienced professionals, looking to support the delivery of all aspects of the Health, Safety, Environment and Training system and to support our continued growth.

As the Health, Safety, Environment, and Training (HSET) Officer reporting to the General Manager HSET, the role is pivotal in ensuring the organisation's commitment to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace, including a range of duties that fall beneath:
- Collaborative Leadership, Continuous improvement and Compliance
- Train, Education, Advise and Guide
- Investigate, Analyse, Report and Communicate
- Improve and Learn

Our ideal applicant will:
- A demonstrated strong commitment to health and safety, with strong organistion, time management skills and attention to detail
- Be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for developing strong field crews with energy and passion
- Have the ability to positively influence and negotiate with management, field personnel, Deepcore Drilling staff and external stakeholders.
- Ideally have demonstrated experience in both underground and surface drilling programs. Knowledge of HSET processes/documentation management would be preferred.
