Join Our Team as a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager
- Lead a comprehensive end-to-end delivery of all customer marketing campaigns from ideation, execution, and campaign analysis
- Develop and manage the scope, objectives and execution of all engagement strategy and planning components for Hubbl, ensuring key deliverables and milestones are met for successful delivery
- Continuously optimise sales and conversion through monitoring and optimising engagement planning, customer targeting and segmentation, messaging, and comms optimisation, offer strategies and execution, a/b testing and AI decisioning
- Improve core business metrics of conversion, upsell, cross sell, reactivation, retention through the planning and execution of targeted and personalised customer marketing tactics
- Confidently use data to drive insights and analytics, and shape recommendations for future strategy and testing programs
- Work in partnership with marketing teams as the customer management SME, developing campaigns and new content to ensure customers stay and pay for longer
- Maintain a detailed understanding of local and global competitor customer marketing activities to ensure we are ahead of the game
- Effectively manage relationships and communications with the key stakeholders
Skills and Experiences We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a D2C marketing management role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and develop strong relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of data and testing requirements
- Understanding of business needs and drivers of performance
- Experience working with Martech tools and omnichannel CRM programs
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail a must
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
