The Role
As the HR Manager, you will join a dedicated and passionate team committed to promoting excellence. This role will provide you with a challenging yet rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide advice and support on HR matters to management and staff
- Manage workplace health and safety (WHS) initiatives and rehabilitation programs
- Lead performance management processes to drive employee development and organisational effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, as well as volunteer records
- Handle industrial relations (IR) functions and liaise with relevant stakeholders as necessary
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting a positive work culture and resolving any HR-related issues effectively
To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage a range of HR functions and navigate complex challenges. Your deep understanding of employment legislation and best practices will be essential in ensuring compliance and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Additionally, your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build rapport at all levels of the organisation, fostering collaboration and trust. With exceptional organisational and time management abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail, you will adeptly handle multiple tasks and priorities.
