We are a community-based pharmacy seeking a Human Resource Officer to manage our staffing administration processes for our Pharmacy staff. We are offering a pleasant and supportive working environment, ongoing training/professional development and competitive hourly rates.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Making arrangements for staff recruitment processes and screening
- Managing staffing records and Human Resources systems
- Managing staff performance and suggesting improvement where possible
- Working with the director on staffs remuneration and promotions
- Managing job vacancy records and discussing recruitment processes with the director
- Conducting negotiation of employment terms and specifications with potential hires
- Applying correct salary award to the offered salary and employment contract
- Establishing and enforcement of workplace policies with approval of the director
