- Perform User Acceptance Testing - using a sound understanding of payroll compliance and associated legislation to support HR system upgrades and system enhancements, agency transitions/Machinery of Government changes (MoG's).
- Analyse and interpret pay run service delivery issues - by researching and investigating Human Resource management, recommend effective solutions and coordinate with business areas ie Payroll and Establishment, to facilitate resolutions and advice in a timely manner.
- Develop and Maintain a productive work relationship - effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, clients, management and staff to identify and implement business practice improvements, ensuring high-quality customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate in an accountable, fair and safe work environment - embrace Human Resource management practices including workplace health and safety, employment equity, anti-discrimination and performance management.
