The Client

Our Client is a leading Property Developer with a diversified property portfolio across South East Queensland. An Employer of Choice, value their staff, offering regular team building events, and professional development opportunities for their staff.

Our client is passionate about creating award-winning residential communities that deliver luxury, quality & value for residents and owners. They currently require a Property Operations Manager, based out of a Brisbane site you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the value of our clients assets. You'll lead a team of on-site building managers, ensuring top-notch maintenance standards and fostering positive relationships with tenants, owners, and bodies corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and timely maintenance (team of 5) 
  • Proactively oversee the maintenance of common areas to the highest standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Body Corporates, Residents, Property Managers, Tradespeople, and Caretakers  
  • Prepare and present various management reports, including those related to landscapes and body corporates.
  • Oversee service agreements and ensure compliance with schedules and checklists.
  • Handle overflow property management duties, ensuring optimal service for tenants and landlords and meeting KPIs.
  • Coordinate staff training and ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.
  • Manage finances meticulously, maintaining accurate records and addressing financial matters promptly.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in  Onsite Property Management & Body Corporate 
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a customer-centric team culture.
  • Real Estate Certificate with in-depth knowledge of Body Corporate and Property Management legislation 
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer service mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to manage after-hours emergencies when required.
