They currently require a Property Operations Manager, based out of a Brisbane site you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing the value of our clients assets. You'll lead a team of on-site building managers, ensuring top-notch maintenance standards and fostering positive relationships with tenants, owners, and bodies corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and timely maintenance (team of 5)
- Proactively oversee the maintenance of common areas to the highest standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Body Corporates, Residents, Property Managers, Tradespeople, and Caretakers
- Prepare and present various management reports, including those related to landscapes and body corporates.
- Oversee service agreements and ensure compliance with schedules and checklists.
- Handle overflow property management duties, ensuring optimal service for tenants and landlords and meeting KPIs.
- Coordinate staff training and ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.
- Manage finances meticulously, maintaining accurate records and addressing financial matters promptly.
- Proven experience in Onsite Property Management & Body Corporate
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a customer-centric team culture.
- Real Estate Certificate with in-depth knowledge of Body Corporate and Property Management legislation
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer service mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to manage after-hours emergencies when required.
