We are looking for a Human Resource Admin Assistant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance
- Assist with employee onboarding including issuing new starter information, employment contracts and coordinating mobilization to site
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files
- Reviewing, revising, and updating company policies
- Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
