As part of our growth, we are seeking an Admin and HR Assistant to join the Support Services team. This is a permanent, full-time role. The role will primarily focus on internal recruitment, as well as ad-hoc HR and admin tasks to assist the team.

The position duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate information.
  • Respond to enquiries from candidates regarding application status, job openings, and general recruitment inquiries.
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks such as electronic filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Assist with training, coordination and record keeping.
  • Assist the Support Services team with admin tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Backup support to the Office Administrator.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative assistance by managing company management systems documents effectively.

About you:

  • Proven experience in an admin or receptionist role is preferable but not essential.
  • Recruitment experience is a bonus.
  • Flexibility to assist in areas outside of recruitment and HR, including general administration.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation applications).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and management.
