About the Role
As the Administration Officer - Human Resources, you will be an integral part of our supportive and dynamic HR team. You will be responsible for providing efficient, accurate and timely administration to support the employee life cycle and contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function and capability. The role is offered on a permanent part time basis working 4 days per week (flexible on days). Based in Perth CBD working hours are 9am-5pm.
What you’ll do
As a key member of the HR Team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our frontline staff to make a difference in the lives of others. Offering administrative support across the full range of generalist HR tasks, your attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously, and meet deadlines will ensure our HR operations run smoothly. Your prompt and professional responses as well as your friendly personality will enhance our employee experience. A few specifics:
- Coordinate all external and internal training for staff, including managing the Training Portal, accurate recording and compliance
- Using HRIS to manage and coordinate all contract variations of employment and correspondence with staff.
- Process and manage all Student/External Workers contracts and licenses.
- Process and manage all sub-contractor’s contracts and licenses.
- Oversee all travel and accommodation which is booked by a third-party provider.
- Ensure compliance of internal databases by maintaining current licenses.
