The Opportunity
As an Advisor or Business Partner, you are the arms and legs that are responsible for delivering the full spectrum of HR and IR solutions to our clients under the supervision of our Principal Advisers. Performing a combination of project-based work and delivering as an embedded team member your duties could include actions across the;
- full employee life cycle (i.e. recruitment to termination),
- business improvement activities such as process mapping, technology implementation and change management support; and
- technical industrial and employee relations case management and research (including EBA negotiation).
At present we have an opportunity for a new team member to join us as on the as a result of new work.
About You
While we don't expect you to be a technical expert - we do expect a few fundamental things including;
- A solid foundation in practical Human Resources and Industrial Relations including the ability to work with Awards - exposure to EBA negotiations will be highly desirable!
- At minimum completion of an undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Industrial Relations (or similar)
- An understanding of technology and how to use it effectively
- An insatiable desire to understand and a willingness to keep asking questions, and investigate until you do
- A fierce commitment to service
- High levels of integrity and reliability
