With an ability to read people, listen to people and work with and through other people, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will excel in bringing people into the business through robust talent processes. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the sourcing and engagement of potential candidates through various channels including community events, careers fairs and social media platforms.
What your role will look like?
Social Media Recruiting: you have experience using LinkedIn/Seek/FB and possess the ability to recruit through proactive and passive practises.
Passion: it’s clear to everyone around you; you love ‘finding the best person for the job’ and take great delight in delivering contemporary recruitment solutions for your stakeholders.
Partnering: you thrive on partnering with leaders to find their ideal candidate.
People Culture: your passion for getting the “right” fit drives you
Compliance: you drive 100% compliance/contractual adherence during the recruiting process and ensure the full utilisation of our systems.
Flexibility, agility, and organisation: you are a pragmatic thinker, a solution finder and enjoy helping across the team, when required.
End to end Recruitment: you will excel at being hands on when dealing with all end to end recruitment tasks.
Travel: Be able to travel to sites in Tasmania and the mainland, when required.
