Human Resources And Administration Officer

We are looking for a talent that is motivated, team oriented and with a positive work attitude to contribute to the continued growth of V Resource located at Meadowbrook QLD 4131.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager.
• Assist in the execution of HR functions including recruitment, and onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Support the processing of fortnightly payroll and maintain payroll records including timesheets and leave-related documents.
• Work Health and Safety operational support.
• Order supplies including services, stock and other general items.
• Mailing, filing, photocopying and general administration duties as required.
• Undertake ad-hoc work on special projects as and when required and handle tasks competently.

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a responsible and compliant manner
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and deliver results
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify key business issues and develop effective solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
• General Human Resources experience (preferred)
