Protech are seeking a dedicated & enthusiastic HR Officer to work with our client onsite at Gregory Crinum Mine in Emerald - the sunny Central Highlands!
About the role:
Reporting to the HR Superintendent you will be provide system and administrative support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Support management and the HR team with daily operations
- Maintain and update our HR system
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage uniforms
- Perform general office administration tasks
- Provide support to other departments when required
About you:
- Previous experience in HR admin
- Previous experience within mining industry or similar (desirable)
- Certificate III in Business/ Administration (desirable)
- Payroll background (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Human Performance & Pronto
- Strong attention to detail & trustworthy
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Highly motivated and committed to meeting deadlines, continuous improvement and delivering results
- Ability to work well in a high-volume busy work environment
- Current Drivers Licence
- Proof of Australian working rights;
- Current Standard 11 SOA (or willing to obtain)
- Current HA (or willing to obtain)
