We’re on the hunt for a Human Resources Business Partner(Internally it’s called P&C Coach) to join our dynamic and enthusiastic P&C team in Sydney on a permanent basis.
This is not your typical HR role – it's an opportunity to Business Partner as well as support transformative projects across our Sales team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to have a significant positive impact on our culture and performance!
About the role:
Reporting to the Culture & Change Leader Sales and working in a team of 3, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and fostering high performance across our talented sales team.
Your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
• Partner with our P&C Leaders and directly with Leaders in Sales, on organisational change projects.
• Delivery of key capability modules and other strategic initiatives such as leadership capabilities and DE&I projects.
• Coaching for performance, team effectiveness, interpretations of P&C Policies, practices, and remuneration advice.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and guidance on HR best practices.
• Be a driving force in shaping the cultural landscape within our Sales team.
About You:
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an FMCG organisation
• Experience in delivering complex organisational-wide projects.
• Experience in leading change across multiple functions and geographies.
• Confident supporting and resolving employment relations matters.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
