AddressHuman Resources Business Partner – Bendigo
We are looking to appoint a Human Resource Business Partner into the Bendigo Hospital. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager - VIC Hospitals this is a rare opportunity to join Spotless Group.
Operating directly with managers and supervisors who provide a range of hard and soft non-clinical services to Bendigo Hospital, this role will have it all from basic inquiries around industrial instrument interpretation through to coaching and advising on the full range of non-complex generalist functions.
The role will be well supported by the People and Culture Manager and a team of in-house specialists including legal counsel. Training and development opportunities will be provided to expand on existing knowledge and skills.
ABOUT YOU
You will have ability to absorb information and ask 'right' questions to understand the situation. You will have the ability to build strong relationships and be a trusted advisor who is comfortable to push back when required to ensure the best outcomes. You will have an interest in building commercial acumen and can appreciate the challenges faced in the field.
In addition, you can demonstrate:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a HR Advisor or HRBP
- A strong customer service focus
- A strong compliance focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent administrative skills
Desirable but not essential
- A degree qualification in Human Resources Management
