An exciting opportunity is available for Human Resources Consultant to join our dynamic People and Culture team with the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network.
As the Human Resources Consultant you will provide expert Human Resource (HR) consultancy and advisory services to senior management with regard to generalist HR management, HR development and employee relations.
The position also provides quality, consistent and timely advise, in accordance with SA Health Workforce policies and processes, on operational HR issues. Operational HR issues include recruitment, retention and deployment, performance review and development, classification, workforce planning and support for the resolution of conflict, under-performance, misconduct or other local level grievances and disputes.
