The Role

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Consultant. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR services for the Legal Services Commission. The role has a strong focus on providing expert HR consultancy and advisory services to management with regard to generalist human resource management, workforce planning and organisational development.

Salary Range
$94,908 – $105,432 per annum and includes salary, superannuation and leave loading.
As a not-for-profit organisation, Legal Services is able to offer its employees attractive salary sacrifice arrangements, including up to $15,900 pre-tax each Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year for general living expenses.
Term of Employment Contract
Full time ongoing employment at the ASO5 classification level.
What You Need For Success
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience the following:
- Providing expert advisory and consultancy services to management in a range of general human resource matters, including advising on, interpreting and administering legislative and policy requirements.
- Development, implementation and evaluation of best practice policies, procedures, strategies and/or initiatives designed to improve human resource management practices.
- Undertaking recruitment activities within an organisation.
- Working as a member of a Human Resources team and able to provide high level verbal and written human resource advice.
