Each Faculty or Division has a dedicated HR BP function to service their needs. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the best minds in their field and be inspired by the talent and passion of colleagues and students.
This is an exciting time to join our HR Division as our team continues its growth in line with the development and expansion of all our faculties and divisions across UNSW. In this hands-on people-focused role, your day to day will include:
Providing trusted HR advice and guidance to managers and employees in your client group
Proactively partnering with clients to provide effective HR solutions, no two days are the same.
Offer employee lifecycle guidance from performance management to line management.
Implementing HR policies and procedures and improvements as an expert in your field
Maintaining up to date knowledge of HR legislation and practices
Providing effective HR reporting and analysis for informed decision making
Supporting and mentoring our HR Officers
