This position is part of our small Human Resources team whose work supports the Commission to have a highly capable and valued workforce.
The team provides high quality advice and services to staff across the employee lifecycle, making sure all workforce matters are strategically aligned.
Our team now needs people who love being the first point of support for all Human Resources matters.
You’ll support staff across the employee lifecycle from the moment they start through to offboarding and everything in between. You’ll be involved in policy and practice – getting to work on exciting people focused initiatives to continually improve the way our people work and how we support them.
It would be great if you had experience in Human Resources management, ideally (but not essential) in a public sector context. Just as important is your ability to communicate confidently to staff at all levels.
