We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to commence within our Human Resources Department on a permanent full-time basis. Based at our corporate head office located in Bayswater, the Recruitment Officer is a valued member of a cohesive broader team, being integral to supporting our portfolio of mining and civil projects across the business.
Reporting to the Recruitment Principle your role is to deliver efficient and effective end to end recruitment services consisting of advertising, sourcing, selection and pre-employment assessments to onboarding. This also includes providing recruitment advice and selection recommendations for managers ensuring compliance to policies and values.

- Undertake the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services including job descriptions, advertising and sourcing, shortlisting, candidate selection process, any pre-employment assessments, and tasks associated.
- Provide recruitment advice and support to managers on recruitment policies and procedures to ensure hiring of the most suitable. candidate/s can effectively occur.
- Ensure selection recommendations are compliant to policies, Award and Enterprise Agreement conditions, and that correct remuneration is applied based on the selection requirements.
- Industry experience in recruitment practices.
- Proven professionalism and integrity in dealing with sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records/registers.
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical including drug screen
- Provide a current police clearance
