Looking for a proactive HR operation candidate who is available to step into a fast-paced luxury retailer.
- 12 Month FTC
- $80-85k + Super

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with all required documentation.
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, retrieval of company property, and updating HR systems (which is currently SAP).
HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Salary:
- To support and conduct salary reviews company wide.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
-Heavily exposed to payroll to be able to support the team when necessary.
Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Employment pay rates - industry based.
- Employment contracts, review and drafting.
Employee Relations:
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related issues, fostering a positive and open communication environment.
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters and escalating complex issues to senior HR management when necessary.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
