The Role
As the HR Operations Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of consultants to deliver exceptional employment relations services, driving growth, retention, and engagement. Your role will involve enhancing service quality, fostering a positive work environment, and developing future leaders. You will oversee the management and delivery of the Employment Relations services.
- Inspire and guide teams to consistently meet daily targets and KPIs.
- Improve the quality of client advice and documentation.
- Recruit and onboard top talent to maintain high service standards.
- Cultivate a positive and engaging workplace for both office and field staff.
- Provide training and coaching to develop management skills within the team.
- Identify and prepare future leaders through effective succession planning.

About you
- Degree in Business or Law with a specialization in HR or IR is preferred.
- Extensive experience in providing HR and Employment Relations advice in Australia.
