We are looking for a motivated HR Professional who has a passion for exceptional service delivery to join our HR team on site. You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective HR services and support to key stakeholders, ranging from IR/ER management, providing support in the management and resolution of workplace and disciplinary issues, conducting investigations and employee management.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Support the Human Resources Manager in the development and delivery of HR strategy and initiatives such as Talent Acquisition and Retention, Succession Planning and Leadership Development;
- Providing support in the management and resolution of workplace and disciplinary issues.
- Coach and mentor leaders to improve the capabilities required to build a strong value driven culture;
- Providing efficient and effective HR services and support to key stakeholders.
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline with previous HR experience;
- Previous experience in the mining industry is highly desired;
- Ability to interpret employment agreements and awards;
- Possess strong logical reasoning skills and good written and verbal communication skill;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Experience with Microsoft Office and the use of SAP and Workday is desirable;
- Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
