- Provide advice, both written and verbal, to clients in relation to the interpretation and application of human resource legislation, directives, policies, practices and procedures.
- Assist HR Business Partner managers and other team members to deliver HR services and implement HR solutions.
- Support Recruitment and HR administration processes through undertaking related activities including advertising processes, employment screening, HR management activities and use of HR and business systems.
- Develop, implement and review work procedures, practices and systems which contribute to business improvement.
- Collect and analyse workforce data and produce reports on HR activities, trends and project progress.
- Work flexibly and collaboratively as an effective team member, providing project or administrative support for delivery of priorities for the Human Resources Branch.
- Actively participate in the team to build and sustain positive working relationships with team members and clients and to promote a positive culture which emphasises quality client service and continuous improvement.
