Join an international professional services organisation with a strong global footprint and a passion for growth.About the OpportunityAs a generalist HR practioner with national experience, you will provide human resource and legislative advice to support employees and leaders in Australia alongside a small Asia Pac HR team for the region.

• Drive policy and ensure compliance within a commercial context to enable business outcomes
• Action HR administration processes including HRIS maintenance and creating HR documentation
• Provide advice and coaching for the workforce and line managers in regards to HR policies and processes
• Undertake end to end onboarding and offboarding processes include contract management, inductions and exit interviews
• Foster positive employee relations through proactive engagement, conflict resolution, and partnering with managers to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
• Provide HR project support in Australia and across the region as required

About YouTo be successful in this role you will need to be immediately available for a hands-on partnering opportunity and bring:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and employee relations experience
• Strong partnering, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of industrial regulations and legislation
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
• Professional services and regional experience well regarded
• Experience excelling in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments, particularly within start-ups or fast-paced, innovative cultures.
