The role
Due to continued growth, we a seeking an experienced HVAC Installer/technician Apprentice to join our team to assist our Managers with duct installation, unit installation, positioning of equipment for fit out works on projects and also service and maintenance works.
The successful candidate will possess site experience and technical abilities to complete commercial Air Conditioning installations to specification. The ideal candidate will hold at least 3 years current experience in a similar role with proven capability to operate reliably and effectively within an autonomous working environment.
This role will suit a candidate who is seeking to further their career within the organisation into a future position that is responsible of senior site supervisor managing installation crews and coordinating several projects at the same time as maintaining client relationships.
Skills and experience
To be considered successful in this role,you will be able to demonstrate:
- A current TAFE apprenticeship in Cert III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Hold a Construction White Card
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- A strong work ethic and high safety standards
- Ability to travel across the Sydney Metro Area
