The RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, as Account Manager in the HVAC Service department you will foster strong relationships with new and existing clients. Working to expand our customer base ensuring excellent customer service across the Sydney CBD, Metropolitan, and Greater Western suburbs.
The right candidate will join our professional, friendly, and skilled team, to become an integral part of varied, high-calibre, HVAC service and maintenance projects.

Skills and ExperienceThe successful applicant will be expected to operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to their respective account portfolio, develop new business, manage a team of technicians, prepare quotations for new service/repair work, and be able to demonstrate sound experience in service, maintenance, and diagnostics on a variety of HVAC Systems.
To be considered you must have excellent customer service and communication skills, prior experience managing people, and be able to manage projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Essential Requirements- Current driver’s licence
- HVAC industry experience
- Account management experience (desirable)
- Tertiary qualification in business management (desirable)
- Company maintained vehicle supplied.
- iPhone (digital platforms used for jobs, timesheets, and leave applications)
